Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy applies to orders of fresh fruits, vegetables, and food items delivered via Shoook. Per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981), perishable goods are subject to special rules. (Full text to be updated by legal counsel.)
When Refunds Apply
A full refund will be issued for incorrect items, damaged items received, missing items from the order, or a material gap between what was described and what was delivered. (Full text to be updated by legal counsel.)
Timeframe
A refund request for a damaged or missing item must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Later inquiries will be considered on their merits. (Full text to be updated by legal counsel.)
Refund Process
Submit your request on the order page or by emailing support@shoook.co.il with a description and a photo if applicable. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. (Full text to be updated by legal counsel.)
Exceptions
No refund will be issued for items that were opened, partially consumed, or stored in a way that prevents inspection. Items that were explicitly ordered by exact weight and delivered as ordered are also excluded. (Full text to be updated by legal counsel.)
